Let go

Some words in the book, “How to Find Love”… really sparked something in me.

In Chapter V: Obstacles to Finding Love, it says: We would go free to give things a go by accepting that failure was the norm.

I said to myself millions of times, “Don’t panic and be confident about failure.” But deep down in my heart, it seems I wish for, or even demand, that I will be successful in whatever I do, whether it is about love, career, or my hobbies.

I am such a perfectionist and so controlling. Some rigid frames constrained my mind, making letting go a hard thing.

I guess I have to continue talking to myself, again and again: failure is the norm of life.
